Welcome Bone Buddies. We are an osteoporosis support group that holds regularly scheduled meetings over Zoom. These include exercise classes, Nutrition Q&A, Pharmacy Q&A and other informative topics.

Calendar changes:

  • October 10th and 17th: presentation by Marion Nowak on being a health care advocate for yourself and others
  • October 20th: World Osteoporosis Day
  • October's Healthy eating is on Oct 22nd (instead of the 15th)
  • November and December:
    • Open Forum/Best Practices (with Mike Lavacot) has been moved to the 3rd Saturday due to holidays
    • No sessions with Pharmacist
